Vitae (pdf) Dr. Goetz gradudated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1996. Before coming to San Francisco State University in 1999, he had spent three years as an Assistant Professor at Boston University. He delivered over eighty talks at conferences and universities worldwide.

His Reseach Interests are in Dynamical Systems, computing, and human-computer interaction. His Teaching interests includes Engineering and pedagogy in international online blended teaching. His research and teaching was supported by numerous Research and Teaching grants.
